Where Is The Fuel Filter Located At On A 1986 Dodge Ram 1500

Ok i checked to see if i got spark and fuel isnt getting to the engine somehow, so i put a little gas in it cuz information technology was empty and tried to first it, turns over just does not burn down. For some reason the gas rises up on me when i pour it in the tank and i got to wait a little while to fill up it up more. I have a 1986 dodge w250. In that location are three fuel lines that come up down the frame runway to the fuel tank the smallest ane is chopped in one-half and i dont know where it connects too im bold its the vent line, information technology looks like it has the gas feed and return connected, the 2 bigger lines next to it but im not likewise sure on identifying the lines. At the front end of the car by the fuel pump mechanical fuel pump it is feed line connected to the pump and then out the pump to the fuel filter and up to the carb is all good even out the side of the fuel filter is connected guessing the fuel return only there is a tertiary hardline at the frame track with nada connected to it comes out next to the feed to the fuel pump and the render from the filter. Then i take a missing port line beneath the gas line inlet to the carb likewise, pics beneath20181022_101743.jpgthis is thhe carb correct below the fuel line inlet at that place is a missing port i was wondering what goes there is this some kind of return?

Missing line adjacent to the fuel filter down by the pump coming out of the frame rail what goes there..

20181011_155514.jpg cut hose past the fuel tank is this the vent and what does it connect too

My truck isnt getting fuel volition these things stop it from getting fuel and running? It looks similar its a seperate line from the feed and return

I need to know how all this stuff is hooked up i cant notice any pics or schematics i dunno what anything connects too. Just wanted to brand sure before i started plugging lines, if this does not get the truck running im plannning on pulling the pump n filter to check them next and possibly dropping the tank cuz its been sitting for a few years

Exercise you know where i tin can find the charcoal canister in the engine bay i deceit seem to detect information technology, i looked for pics but cant find any..

Besides the pinnacle picture is the carb below the gas inlet there is 2 holes that drop direct downwards then a port end there for like a hose or something anyone know what goes in that location?Screenshot_2018-10-22-18-20-35.jpg

I dont know much virtually carburetors

Only read upward on the carb a piffling bit and im not besides certain if that missing port line on the carb is a vent line too or a render for backlog fuel, i didnt know if that being unplugged will mess with my fuel intake or not

It could be some kinda loop organisation vacume couldnt it? From later on the pump... cuz the pump will pull to the fuel pump but non past information technology and that some kind of return to the tank that draws vacume from the tank side and fuel pump continued to the vent lines? Does that pull gas from the filter upwards to the carb? Considering of the completed loop cycle dorsum to the tank? I figured then the tank would be a sealed vacume from the fuel pump.

Pump pulls from tank to fuel pump
Then
Carb pulls to carb from that missing port line on the carb? Considering if the vent lines were all at that place and so it creates a vacume pull of fuel towards the carb? Is that what those missing lines do? Or am i wrong and missing something

Im withal trying to figure out this missing port line on the carb

the pocket-size line course the tank to the forepart that is cutting is the fuel tank vent. practice non plug it. it needs to breath or it tin can cause issue. medium line should be the return line and the large one is the fuel supply line to the pump. as far as the fuel filter goes the line on the side of it that looks similar it might be disconnected on your truck is the return line to the tank. for testing purposes it is probably best to plug information technology if it isn't already. if you can disconnect the fuel line at the carb it would be a proficient idea to check and run across if at that place is a fuel filter in the carb input. sometime they clog and would cause a no fuel state of affairs like you are having.
